Standard Return Policy We accept returns on new, un-installed items in original packaging within 21 days of invoice date. A returned goods authorization (RGA) number must be issued before any returns can be made. No returns on used, installed, or electrical parts for any reason other than a warranty claim for manufacturer defects. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the installer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your application PRIOR to installation. We assume no liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of incorrect parts. We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee for any and all returned items. Freight charges on returned items are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-approved, with an RGA number clearly displayed on the box. Brakeworld reserves the right to have the customer ship their warranty claim directly to the manufacturer, and not to Brakeworld. The return must be received by Brakeworld, within 15 calendar days after the RGA number is issued, otherwise the return will be refused. The RGA number does not imply a replacement or refund on any product, but only that we will inspect the merchandise you purchased based on the claims you have made. Returns must be sent freight-prepaid, and insured by the sender. A refund, exchange, credit or core charge return will not be considered until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Brakeworld. Original shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Any fees associated with customs or duties are non-refundable. All authorized returns must be accompanied by a photocopy of the customer's sales invoice, a written explanation of the problem, and a contact telephone where you can be reached. Items returned freight-collect or unauthorized will be refused. Any item returned to Brakeworld that has shipped free will be charged the original freight cost normally charged by brakeworld. Customers must be aware that they may be subject to inbound and outbound freight to handle and / or process their warranty claim. These freight charges are charged to Brakeworld by the manufacturer and will be passed on to the customer. No returns are accepted on special order items. No returns are accepted on international shipments.

"BREMBO S.p.A. ("Manufacturer") warrants to the original user that this Product complies with Manufacturer's published specifications and is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (a "Covered Defect"). This warranty is limited in duration to two (2) years from the date of purchase or such longer period required by law. In the event that a Covered Defect is claimed, a claim under this Limited Warranty must be made within sixty (60) days from its discovery and within two (2) years from the date of purchase, or within such longer period required by law. If the Product is found to have a Covered Defect, the Product will be, in the Manufacturer's sole judgment, either repaired or replaced by a new or rebuilt Product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE WITH REGARD TO THIS PRODUCT AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. MANUFACTURER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER AND IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF CLAIMANT'S PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT. For products sold in the U.S., some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so one or more of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. All claims under this two year Limited Warranty must be made in writing within sixty (60) days following the discovery of the alleged Covered Defect, and the claimed defective Product or defective part(s) must be returned to BREMBO S.p.A. at Via Brembo 25 - Curno (BG) - Italia, through the distr bution chain and postage prepaid, within the two year warranty period, or within such longer period required by law. A statement of the defect must be included with the 20 Product or parts returned, and proof of purchase by the original user identifying the Product and date of purchase (whether purchased at retail or sold by a dealer as part of the installation of the Product) must also be included. This Limited Warranty does not apply to: any damage to the Product caused in whole or in part by abuse, accident, fire, chemical corrosion, use for other than its intended purposes, unlawful use, use in a model for which it was not designed, faulty installation, installation contrary to the Manufacturer's pu lished instructions, or failure to maintain the Product in accordance with the Manufacturer's published instructions; - claims of comfort, noise, vibration or harsh riding characteristics. This Limited Warranty sets forth the sole liability of Manufacturer hereunder, and it may not be changed by any dealer, distributor or other person. The Product has been designed and manufactured for the specific model and application indicated in Brembo HP brake upgrades catalogue and/or at Brembo Product's distributors. The Product shall be used in compliance with laws and rules in effect in the states and/or countries in which the vehicle in which the Product is installed will be operated, including but not limited to compliance with the applicable traffic rules and obtaining any prior necessary authorization/homologation, approval or license in such states and/or countries. The Manufacturer is relieved of any and all damages, claims and liabilities in case the use of the Product does not comply with such applicable laws and regulations. This Limited Warranty shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with Italian Law."
