Disc Italia is widely recognized as one of the world's highest quality racing brake rotor manufacturers. They are made from unique high carbon steel castings which reduce noise, and vibrations caused by the brake system, and are manufactured to the strictest tolerances. Disc Italia slotted rotors provide a bold, aggressive appearance which complement vehicles running open style wheels. The slots channel away water during wet weather driving, and remove any excess carbon deposits from the surface of the brake pads. Disc Italia implements Direct Channel Slotting on there slotted only rotors to improve brake pad bite. This allows for maximum pad and slot contact, which brings the brake pads to there optimum braking temperature faster. The end result is a rotor that outperforms and outstops the competition while providing smooth, consistent braking throughout the life of the rotor. Each Disc Italia brake rotor is electroplated with a high luster silver plating that protects the disc from corrosion and provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Disc Italia brake rotors are compatible with stock calipers, and pads, and do not require any special modification to install.
